When popping down the search entry, and scrolling down to activate the
"load content" action, we would try and load more search results but we
never really started a search, leading to a crash.

Make sure that a search is only considered to be started when the search
entry has been activated.

The metadata property `mpris:length` should be in microseconds, but was
being exported in milliseconds.

They're not used in GtkBuilder anymore.

Took the opportunity to rename it to something clearer.

As we already have a pointer to the right GtkWidget.

We stopped using those when we ported the video widget to clutter in
2011.

Code was removed in 2007 (324520e6)

Remove some helper macros, and unsightly signal connection/disconnection
in favour of using GSignalGroup to block/unblock all signals coming from
the playlist widget.

Prior to GNOME 42, the unknown channel icon looked like a TV (eg. a
screen with an aerial). While that's not how TV look now, that's
currently our best way to represent a "channel".

Otherwise we're testing a different codepath to the main application.
