For the next devel cycle

Don't throw a warning if the playlist that keeps the current state is
not present on disk.

Make sure to pass -1 as was intended rather than 0. Note that this makes
no difference to the called code as it checks for > 0.

Prevent seekbar from jumping every second by forcing monospace digits if
the font supports it.

So that building by hand uses the same options as in the CI.

Disable the pylint warning that resulted in this code being an error:
