It will call out to the quvi helper instead.

It's now built into libsoup and used as required.

If we encountered a non-ISO9660 image masquerading as one,
but in a format supported by libarchive, we would have ended
up tagging it as a DVD without being able to read it later on.

The saving part of the XSPF parser doesn't need to check
whether the scheme is ignored, the front-end (which populates
that list) can do that just as well.

This fixes DVDs not being saved in the Totem session.

When an M3U playlist advertises the length of an item as -1, we
don't need to check whether it is another playlist, it would usually
be a file of unknown duration, or a stream.

This matches the current code in the PLS parser, and works around
hang-on-close() bugs in gvfs.

We think they're physical media, but they don't actually have
a drive associated, so they cannot be removable.

when an ISO is loopback mounted with udisks2

For the 3 playlist types that we can save, export their content
type in the parsers. This allows us to detect such playlists,
and offer to save them back in the same location.
