website: Update redirects

Carlos Garnacho requested to merge carlosg/tracker:wip/gitlab-pages-redirects into main

Sadly, all our links to the old Gitlab pages site will now be broken, this means there's some now ineffective redirects.

The one that we are interested to preserve are those handling ontology IRI redirects to their documentation from the tracker.api.gnome.org subdomain. These redirects will need fixing (see Infrastructure/Infrastructure#1557 (closed)) but we definitely want to handle them when they are back up.
