Install to tinysparql-3.0, and make the main header "tinysparql.h". For
backwards compatibility, we still do ship a "libtracker-sparql/tracker-sparql.h"
header that may be used by the "tracker-sparql-3.0.pc" pkgconfig file users,
they are free to include either <libtracker-sparql/tracker-sparql.h> or
<tracker-sparql.h>.

Users of the new .pc file can only #include <tinysparql.h>.
