The regression was introduced when updating the code copy in
commit f81f6d6d

. The original gnome-font-viewer commit
1dcbdd55a55 included a new harfbuzz dependency which was
missed in the copy update.

We must do a runtime check for X11, before calling gdk_x11 api.
This does not fix sushi under Wayland, but it gets it far enough
to show a window.

Fix several srcdir != builddir issues, and a missing mkdir -p.

Instead of the stage. This fixes the events being sometimes eaten, e.g.
with the GtkSourceView viewer.

This will make the text view use the regular dark theme.

We used to destroy the menu as a workaround that we could not introspect
the event button.
Now that we can do that, just eat right click events.
This fixes a crash when right clicking with recent GtkSourceView

When executed with RUN_DEBUG=1, we will start sushi under gdb.

Makes no sense to bind "this" here, as these are just functions.

Instead of creating our own custom client side decoration with Clutter,
use GTK's machinery now that it's available.

Instead of our homebrew implementation, since GtkSourceFileLoader deals
with non-UTF8 text as well.
