Available "folder hierarchies" list is too limited (no option for album year)

Description
The sound-juicer preferences currently allow you a somewhat limited set of values that you can use to specify the folder hierarchy you'd like to use. Sadly none of the available options allow me to include the album year in the folder hierarchy.
Personally I have organised my music collection so that all tracks are held in a directory structure based around:
Artist Name/Album Year Album Name/nn-Track Name.extension
Where "nn" is the track number. e.g. One of my files may be:
A Rotten Band/2005 A Rotten Album/01-A Rotten Song.mp3
As sound-juicer does not allow me to choose a "Folder hierarchy" that contains album year I am not able to make use of it.
I would therefore like either to have such an item included in the available "folder hierarchy" options or (and ?) I would like to be able to add my own items to the "folder hierarchy" drop down.
I assume that the values for the folder hierarchy drop down are held somewhere in something like lame command line options such as:
%A/%d/%t-%n.%x %A/%y %d/%t-%n.%x
So editing them wouldn't be too much of a job. But as the app doesn't make it obvious where it's storing it's configuration data I can't change them...
On this note there's a button to "edit profiles" so why not buttons to "edit folder hierarchies" and "edit track names" ?
