Wrong rotation when recording video on devices with rotated cameras (phones)

The rotation / orientation meta data does not get saved yet - upstream bug: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/issues/3741

For correct playback in the gallery we'll also need support for said parts in the gtk video sink which would need something similar to the gtk4paintablesink (unless we switch to a gtk4paintablesink based video player at some point).
