Starting Snapshot for the first time causes camera permission to be permanently denied, without user input
Using snapshot-46.0-1.fc40, opening Snapshot causes camera portal to be denied to the app. The user is never prompted to authorize camera permission; the denial just happens automatically. To reproduce, first run flatpak permission-reset org.gnome.Snapshot
to reset the permission store (even if using the RPM packaged version of Snapshot).
I'm not aware of any open upstream issue reports for this problem, so let's start here. If the problem turns out to be in gnome-shell or xdg-desktop-portal, we can move the bug report upstream as necessary.
I haven't tested !227 (merged) yet, which attempts to "fix" the issue by increasing the timeout used by a workaround.
