tag introduction with not expected behabiour when mouse is over sugessted tag selection list
Mandatory: Shotwell version the issue was seen with
0.30.10 – “Celle”
The expected behavior
When you add a tag or modify a tag on a image/video, (you can enter by CTRL+T or CTRL+M) on the dialogue box "Add Tags" or "Modify Tags", you start typing your tag and Shotwell offers you a matching list of existent tags. You can complete the action by going down with your keyboard arrow and hit enter on one of the matching suggested elements to add it to the dialogue box.
What was actually happening
If the mouse stay over on any of the list items (it doesn't matter if it is the tag what you want or another), when you hit Enter, it assigns the text that you typed and not the selection of the list, and also automatically accepts the dialogue box. This is not the expected behavior.
Workaround: just do this operation with the pointer of the mouse staying out of the selection list.
Steps to reproduce the issue
To reproduce this, you have to have already and at least two tags saved starting with the same letters, for example: "friends" "fried" and "fridge". Procedure: Select one or more pictures, press CTRL+T or CTRL+M to add or modify tags. Start typing your desired tag, in this case "fri", the selection box displays a list with "friends, fried, fridge". Put the mouse over one of the items (don't click). On your keyboard, press your cursor down arrow to select a suggested tag and hit Enter. >> you'll see that you just added a new "fri" tag and surprisingly the dialogue box is closed.
Workaround: Do the same, but in this case do not hoover the mouse cursor over the list, keep it out of the list. You'll see that now it works as expected. The selected tag is added and the dialogue box is not automatically closed.
