The mouse cursor is not displayed outside of slideshow settings in Shotwell. To be more specific, if the user is running a slideshow in Shotwell and opens the slideshow settings, the mouse cursor won't be visible outside of the settings window.
Steps to reproduce:

Launch Shotwell
-
Import pictures into Shotwell (File / Import...)

Open a slideshow with the imported pictures (F5)
-
Open slideshow settings (center bottom)
-
Move mouse around screen
Expected result:
The mouse cursor should be visible anywhere.
Actual result:
The mouse cursor is only visible inside the settings window.

I can't reproduce this on 0.15. What version are you running?
