To reproduce:

Make sure you are not already logged in to YouTube (uncheck YouTube in Preferences)
-
Check YouTube in Preferences dialog.
-
Select a video to publish.
-
Choose YouTube from the publishing dropdown .
Notice that you automatically receive this message: "The email address and password you entered correspond to a Google account that isn't set up for use with YouTube..."
Note: I have not even entered my credentials, so this message seems premature.
