Steps to reproduce:
#With no pre-existing valid Flickr login, highlight a photo and click Publish.
#In the services drop-down, choose Flickr.
#Click Log In.
#At the login page, click on either the Facebook or Google buttons (found underneath 'Sign in with:') and observe the results.
Notice that neither page loads, even though both pages can be accessed via a browser from the same computer.

Reproducible in both master and 11.2 from the Ubuntu repository.
