add mnemonics to menu

The primary menu could use some mnemonics to allow for easier keyboard navigation.

For instance, you could use _About Passwords & Keys so that people can use Alt+A to select that menu item when the primary menu is open (see #214 (closed)).

I don't think it's important enough to add any others for GNOME 3.32 since we're in String Freeze.
