Import of certificate with seahorse does not work; Import button stays disabled

I try to import a .cer certificate. To do this, I select File | Import... in seahorse. A window pops up where I select the .cer certificate. When I click Open, the details of the certificate are shown in the window. But the Import button stays disabled.
