MKV with vorbis audio does not play on Samsung Smart TV (UN50EH5300)

Description
Rygel does not transcode the vorbis audio. I would like to find a way to force the transcoding of those files, but I do not understand how to do it (or if it is possible). MPlayer reports files that my TV does not play such as:
ID_DEMUXER=mkv ID_VIDEO_FORMAT=avc1 ID_VIDEO_BITRATE=0 ID_VIDEO_WIDTH=1280 ID_VIDEO_HEIGHT=720 ID_VIDEO_FPS=29.970 ID_VIDEO_ASPECT=1.7778 ID_AUDIO_FORMAT=vrbs ID_AUDIO_BITRATE=0 ID_AUDIO_RATE=48000 ID_AUDIO_NCH=2 ID_START_TIME=0.00 ID_LENGTH=2600.31 ID_SEEKABLE=1 ID_CHAPTERS=0
Those files would not play from a USB key directly in the TV either, with the same error: "Incompatible file format, Audio Codec: Vorbis". So I would like to transcode the audio to something like AC3 before sending it over DLNA.
NOTE: maybe this is not a Transcoding bug (MediaExport plugin or general?)
