Update app icon

GNOME 3.32 was the first release to roll out apps with a new application icon style.

I would love to provide a drop in-replacement patch, but am currently unable to build Rhythmbox in Builder :/ Thus please accept the fullcolro and symbolic icons meant to be the only "sizes" to be installed.

It would be fantastic if we could get this fixed soon, @jmatthew ! Rhythmbox currently looks rather out of place in the upcoming Fedora 30 release.

Sorry it's taken so long for me to look at this, I was taking a break from working on rhythmbox but I'm picking it back up now.

The full size/colour icon looks good to me, but I think the symbolic icon looks a bit indistinct in the shell top bar. Maybe it'd work better with a gap between the outline and the circle? I have no idea how to edit it though. This isn't a huge problem so I'll probably commit this soon either way.

Were you thinking of something like this?
