This adds the regular ogg opus format. I am not sure if it's worth it to add Opus + Matroska.

## Description
I was bored so I decided to make albums with various artists. Each album I created had only songs from a particular genre and sound effects that were similar and/or had a story to tell.
When Rhythmbox's Metadata Fetch Plug-Ins are ON they automatically edit multiple songs. When I turn them OFF, one or two songs get edited. -___- I've always had this problem with Rhythmbox since 2013. Could it be that Rhythmbox's GNOME has problems with KDE'S QT scripts?
This is what I have:
* Denied Complete Access Permission to Group & Others for every song.
* All Plug Ins related to Online Metadata Fetch are turned off.
* I know I could stop Rhythmbox from editing metadata by having [Owner can Only Read]
* But I organize each song while listening to it. I have [Owner can Read & Write]
It's getting annoying.
What commands should I use to completely remove these plug-ins from the system?
* Cover Art Search
* DAAP Music Sharing
* Grilo Media Browser

Covers are embedded in the ID3 tags. Rhythmbox itself displays these fine, but the shell shows a stock image.
Quoting Florian from https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/issues/81#note_77326 :
“The MPRIS specification for the mpris:artUrl metadata documents it as
> The location of an image representing the track or album
If Rhythmbox fails to set it for album-less tracks, then it's a Rhythmbox bug. Working around that by poking at the ID3 tags of the file pointed to by xesam:url ourselves sounds like a bad idea ...”

3. ogg vorbis ( 80 kbps )
So, based on this we can update the quality column.

When Context Pane Plugin is enabled, main window display behaves weird.
In the main ("central"/"browser") window, first columns (say Song, Artist..) disappear behind the Side Pane. Furthermore, no Scrolling Bar is available to reach those columns. (checked using Ubuntu 15.10 + Rhythmbox 3.2.1 using Catalan (ca) translation)
They only reappear by extending Rhythmbox horizontally beyond workspaces or, trivially, disabling Context Pane.
When system language is set to English windows behave as normal.
However, Spanish and French translations also display the weird behavior, so an educated guess would point to a bug in Language support for Rhythmbox non specific to language packages.
Screen snapshots attached, comparing English and Catalan versions. Only change made between snapshots was Language support and re-login.

## Description
The Freebox Radio plugin in grilo-plugins takes a radio list offered up by the Free.fr ISP's box, and offers them for streaming on the local network.
Some radios will have the same URL with a different "audio-track", for example, as you can see in:
https://git.gnome.org/browse/grilo-plugins/tree/src/freebox/radios.m3u
"Europe 1" and "RMC Info" use the same URL but different audio track IDs (1001 vs. 1004).
As rhythmbox only uses the URL as a unique identifier, those will be wrongly de-duplicated.
To support those radios, rhythmbox will need to:
- use a combination of source ID + media ID to uniquely identify each media across multiple sources
- add support for the audio-track media property to pass onto GStreamer

Tested on
- Fedora 23
- Rhythmbox 3.2.1
- clutter 1.24.2
- KDE 5 with Plasma/X11 5.4.3
All packages were from the official Fedora repositories.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open rhythmbox
2. Click "gear"->plugins
3. Enable the "Visualizations" plugin
4. Begin playing a song
5. Click on the "Visual Effects" icon in the left pane
6. Double click the visualization window to activate full-screen mode
Expected results:
Rhythmbox continues playing music and the visualization displays in fullscreen mode.
Received results:
Rhythmbox crashes
While running in GDB, upon performing step 5, the visualization displays in a distored fashion.
Upon performing step 6, rhythmbox prints the following errors:

The direct cause of the segfault is somewhere in X11. This is the output of the command "list":

Just doing some quick tests of the new android plugin available in HEAD.
Noticed that if you've downloaded any tracks/albums via google-play to your phone these never/don't appear to be shown in rhythmbox.
Maybe additional file locations need to be searched for in addition to "Music"
For my phone I can see the downloaded mp3's here:
mtp://[usb:001,007]/SD%20card/Android/data/com.google.android.music/files/music
Separately, should a separate bug-report be created now for the inability to sync music to SD-cards rather than internal storage. Seem to remember there was one in the past for the MTP plugin - maybe create a new one for this new plugin?
