tests: Allow running tests without installed gsettings schemas

Otherwise, several of the build tests fail with this error:

Settings schema 'org.gnome.rhythmbox.rhythmdb' is not installed

The G_TEST_SRCDIR' and 'G_TEST_BUILDDIR lines didn't seem to be required but maybe they're still useful.
