Support for xmltv

Description

The Swedish Radio is currently switching to use XMLTV for the radio channels available from the internet including the schedules. It would be nice if it would be possible to use the xmltv file(s) to list and/or import the currently available channels, and perhaps also make some use of the schedules. Maybe using the schedules to build some kind of playlist so that I won't miss interesting programs.

The xmltv files are available at http://www.sr.se/xmltv/ and there is one file per day. They are name sr_<year>-<month>-<day>.xml
