Rhythmbox freezing desktop on Solus 4.2
Rhythmbox has been making my desktop freeze on Solus 4.2, it freeze for about 10-15 seconds. I can right click and bring up the options to launch into settings, but it will not launch the settings application until the freeze period is over. Also the Super+T shortcut to bring up terminal works without issue. I have narrowed the issue down to a specific collection of songs. I am unsure of why these tracks in particular would be causing an issue though. The only difference is that they are encoded in FLAC and the rest of my library is encoded in ALAC. When opening Rhythmbox with terminal and trying to play one of these songs I get this code...
(rhythmbox:3979): Rhythmbox-WARNING **: 11:12:30.684: Failed to send notification (Take Over): Timeout was reached
I believed that, for whatever reason, the issue was with notifications. I disabled notifications for Rhythmbox in system settings. After a reboot the issue still persists even with system notification disabled for Rhythmbox, the same error message still appears in terminal as well. The only things I haven't tried is reinstalling Rhythmbox, or removing and then adding those audio tracks back to my library.
Edit: I have reinstalled Rhythmbox and the issue still persists with the same error message as before. Notifications are still turned off.
