The latest release of gnome-terminal, 3.41.90, was not uploaded to download.gnome.org but only as a Gitlab tag. This is mentioned in the project's README

Because this wasn't handled, GNOME 41.0 includes gnome-terminal 3.41.0 ("alpha") instead of 3.41.90 ("rc").
