[BZ#775673] "Season" dropdown is American-centric and Christian-centric

Description
The "Season" dropdown has two items which annoy me a bit, on the top of the list:
Thanksgiving is not a thing outside the US. If you want to add national holidays, that's fine, but only having an American one is a bit problematic. There's more to the world than just the US, you know.
Christmas makes sense if you're Christian. But what if I want to add a recipe that is traditional to a Muslim holiday? or a Jewish one? Latkes are not really Christmas food, and most people who celebrate Christmas have never heard of Suffganiyot.
I suggest either "playing it safe" and sticking to non-controversial seasons with no holidays, having a more diverse list of holidays, or allowing free text entry with possible autocompletion for known holidays.
Maybe it'll be better to replace the concept of the "Season" dropdown with freeform tags, which will help when searching.
