Make stock recipes optional
Reasoning
In my use case, I do neither need nor want the stock recipes, and am not interested in what GNOME devs like to cook (sorry).
I've got my own recipes, and only want to fill them into the app, not be forced to browse recipes I don't care for.
I want my cook book to work independently from any internet connection, and to not load any images from unknown resources, eating bandwidth and using up time and resources on my tablet.
It was entirely unexpected to me that the recipes app 'phoned home', it's not something I can see working well with my needs for privacy and self-determination.
Feature request (to me, it's a bug fix)
I'd like to request to make the stock recipes entirely optional, as in, start with an empty app, and give users the option to download and import a set of prepared cooking recipes, via GUI, or by visiting a website where they are stored.
If that's not an option, I'd like to request an option to clear them out (all at once, and one by one), and to disable any internet connection for the app and to ask before downloading stuff from somewhere.
