Add override for bind_property_full

Sebastian Grabowski requested to merge picsel/pygobject:implement-bind_property_full into master

Sets the override for bind_property_full to be an alias for bind_property. This is closer to the current documentation and should (hopefully) lead to less surprises.

Fixes issue #532.
