Update Application Deployment with Hello World GTK and Passphraser

I made a template build system to simplify deployment of PyGObject applications on Windows, macOS, and Linux. It's called Hello World GTK. Passphraser is an example of an application that uses the aforementioned build system. If you think it worthy, I'd be honored to have it included as part of the documentation.
