gimarshallingtestsextra.[c/h] have a different license

Hi all.

The gimarshallingtestsextra C and header files are LGPL v3, meanwhile the rest of the project is LGPL v2.1. This is surprising and confusing. I'm proposing using this project for work and almost didn't realize I will need to avoid using these 2 files or face the legal implications of LGPL v3. If I hadn't played around with the testing and just had looked at the functional code and COPYING file I wouldn't have known to avoid these tests.

It almost feels like a trap.

I know Thibault owns these files. Can I ask him to change the license?

Thanks
