Intellisense "Save as"

Description
Set a preference in pybliographer so that the references are saved with the value of a field by default:
So that when one clicks to "Save" or "Save as", the default name is set to the desired field, for example, medline-pmid.
Right now, if a reference is copied and pasted to a newly created reference file (copy -> new -> paste), when saving the reference on its own, the clipboard remembers the article key, for example, WLB+02 for an article published in 2002 whose first three authors initials are W, L and B.
Yet, the WLB+02 is not automatically prompted as the default name for the file, but is available to paste (C-v) in the Save_as menu.
This feature is related to the automatic prompting of the file extension (see feature 873696):

Where should one be tweaking the code to get this done?
Thanks in advance,
Albert.
