Adds a GtkLabel showing the display name of the current channel.
If the channel is a group channel, a separate box for group-chat
only options becomes visible. Currently the box only contains
an scrollable window with an editable textview with the group
chat topic. The current room can be left using the "Leave Room"
button in the bottom.

Commit fe51ac273c8 changed the fallback behavior when the looked up
state mismatches the actual state; as a result, the lookup may now
trigger the GtkStyleContext::changed signal - and as we happen to do
the lookup from a ::changed handler, we set off infinite recursion
with the expected fatal consequences.
Prevent this by guarding the lookup with a save()/restore() pair.

Commit c96929c7 uses an API which is only available in group
chat rooms, resulting in errors in private message rooms.
We currently don't have a way to check the actual online
status of a PM message, so always mark it as available.

GTK+ has reverted back to the (documented) behavior of treating
setting GtkEntryCompletion::text-column differently from calling
gtk_entry_completion_set_text_column()[0]. So we either need to
call the function from code, or set up the cell renderer ourselves.

Update NEWS.

The intention of commit aa099dbf was to not fade out rooms in
backdrop state, however this did not quite work, as active rooms
use the default text style from the theme (which does apply a
different backdrop style).
Add back some application CSS to fix this.

The chat view is currently using the selection background color for
nick names. However as gtk_style_context_get_background_color() has been
deprecated in GTK+ 3.16, use the foreground color for the LINK state
instead, which should be identical for the default theme.

The line indicators position is now dependent on
the linespacing used by the GtkTextView.

We compute the popover height by adding the heights of n rows from
the first visible one. However when filtering turns out no match,
we don't have a visible row to start from - use the row at index 0
in that case to avoid a warning.

state-flags-changed will be emitted only when the state flags
actually change, and therefore may not fire if the widget is
mapped to a window that is already focused.
In that case our tracking will get confused and think that
the window is not focused, resulting in messages that are
not properly acked.
