Good keyboard shortcuts

Description
Pitivi will need good remappable keybindings to succeed as an editing application. I recommend just imitating the Avid bindings for now:

`/5 - play
1 - step backward one field
2 - step forward one field
3 - go back one frame
4 - go forward one frame
q - go to in
w - go to out
e/i - mark in
r/o - mark out
t - mark current clip(s) in to out (set mark in and mark out at the beginning/end of the clip intersecting the playhead)
d - clear in point
f - clear out point
g - clear in and out
6 - play in to out
[ - trim mode
] - effect mode
; - insert mode (kind of like insert mode in vi, avid-specific)
' - overwrite mode (another mode, very avid-specific again)
y - add a locator / marker
\ - add quick transition (dissolve, usually)
a - go back a cut
s - go forward a cut
arrow key left - go back one frame
arrow key right - go forward one frame
h - slice at current position
j - play backward (second press is 2x speed, 3rd is 3x speed...)
k - pause
l - play forward (also 2, 3, and 4 taps to change speed)
z - lift (remove all clips in to out, do not ripple)
x - extract (remove all clips in to out, do ripple)
c - copy (copies in and out to clipboard)
v - insert (insert from source monitor to timeline)
b - overwrite (overwrite from source monitor on timeline)
n - add keyframe (for effects)
m - trim back 10 frames (for trim mode)
, - trim back one frame
. - trim forward one frame
/ - trim forward 10 frames
Some of these keys are extremely avid-specific and probably shouldn't be copied, but others (like JKL, IO) are universal to all decent editing applications.
Eventually, it should be possible to bind any option in any menu or any button anywhere to a keybinding. Editors need to have fast access to the features they use most, so it's important not to limit this feature in any way.
See http://resources.avid.com/SupportFiles/attach/Keyboard%20Shortcuts.pdf for details.
