Timeline gapless mode

Currently the "gapless mode" is actually auto-ripple, meaning when a clip is moved, all following clips are moved. For example:
- Create a new project, add 4 simpsons clips to the timeline
- Zoom in so you can see better
- Drag the simpsons asset in the middle of the layer, notice a clip appears, continue moving the mouse, notice the clips following the new clip move along.
What should happen is the existing clips should be moved initially, to make space for the new clip, then if the clip is moved it should switch places with adjacent clips.
