Added a Using Special Clips section to Using Clips. This sections goes into more detail on the various clips offered like Title Clip and Color Clip. Information includes how to create clips, how to edit their properties, and a list of title properties that are available to be changed.
There was an existing section called Using Color Clips that has been transferred into Using Special Clips with the same information.
