Feature/manually set clip length

Michael Kovar requested to merge mikovar/pitivi:feature/manually_set_clip_length into master

This includes a bugfix related to inpoint not being set properly and also includes more test cases around manipulating clip properties with the ClipTimingWidget so that the test suite can catch this bug in the future.

This relates to JEM-89.
