Cut and export a video without re-encoding it

Hello, FFmpeg and its GUI "WinFF", special the video editing software Avidemux have the ability to cut/split a video and save/export it without need to re-encode/render it; and logically there is no need to re-encode/render the video for such operation. I was unsuccessful to do it in Pitivi 0.999.

It seriously should be added to Pitivi because most users need to just simple cut some of their videos, and currently all or most programs that provide this function are Qt-based!
