pitivi-flatpak fails on Debian/Ubuntu systems due to non-POSIX compliant shell calls

Description
The pitivi-flatpak script makes two subprocess calls using the "source" command. The "source" command isn't part of the POSIX standard and so isn't guaranteed to be supported by all shells. By default python will attempt to execute this with /bin/sh which on Debian and Ubuntu systems is symlinked to /bin/dash which doesn't support "source". The POSIX compliant way of handling this is to use "." instead of "source".
