CairoSurfaceThumbnailSink not correctly ported to GStreamer 1.0

Description
In CairoSurfaceThumbnailSink the template caps are not correctly ported to 1.0. There is not format and color mask are no longer part of video caps. This is a sign that this was never tested on 1.0 and may hide more issues.
