Flat review copy and paste is broken on Wayland
Flat review copy and paste is currently broken on Wayland. After some debugging, it turns out the reason is because Wayland only lets focused windows copy and paste. Orca doesn't have a window so it can't do that.
Command line tools solve this by creating a temporary window, but that seems like trouble unless Orca can somehow keep a stack of focused applications and not reset things like flat view.
wlroots and KWin implements the wlr-data-control extension that allows privileged applications to take control of the clipboard: https://wayland.app/protocols/wlr-data-control-unstable-v1 . This is supposed to be a privileged operation but from what I can see it's just an unauthenticated copy paste. This could work for now perhaps.
Perhaps Orca could act as a clipboard manager? This might be the ideal route, but GNOME has pledged not to support external clipboard managers.
This issue might also be something to do on the level of pyatspi?
