the window "screen reader preferences" window is not discoverable via gnome's own "type to search"

I only found it by finding the source repo for orca (because I knew it was called orca), then finding in the readme mention of "insert+space" to launch the window I was looking for.

expected

Ways I'd expect to be able to find it offline (ie: not by searching the web) on my own machine, in order of importance

  1. in the "accessibility" gnome-settings window that pops up when you search for anything a11y related in gnome's search; (that is: the same window you use to turn on the screen reader itself)
  2. apps overview --> typing screen or reader or accessibility
  3. apps overview --> typing orca

actual: today the latter two methods bring up the settings window from the first method.
