[BLOCKED] Firefox and Thunderbird need restart to work with Orca

When Firefox and Thunderbird are running before Orca, Orca will not be able to interact with them.

orca -l does not list those apps.

I tried to find a bug on Mozilla's side, but there doesn't seem to be one open. I'm not entirely sure if they can do something?

The issue has been around for a while, and is still valid on Fedora 34 with Gnome/Orca 40.0 and Firefox 92.0b9.

As @joanmarie discussed in #7 (closed):

Long way of saying the following: Yes, there's an issue. And it's neat that F5 fixes it for you. But it doesn't fix it for a lot of users. I'd like a solution that fixes it for all users. And while I could be wrong, I think the fix might need to be in AT-SPI2 and/or Firefox. Once Orca can reliably see Firefox when it's launched before Orca is launched via shortcut, I am happy add something to Orca to fix this problem so that F5 doesn't need to be used.
