Off-by-one error in braille link underline
in some cases dots 7&8 didn't Aline on the link.
example: arch wiki look at "This document is a guide for installing Arch Linux using the live system booted from an "installation medium made from an official installation image. "

in general when link is surround by text it's highlighter on braille desplay would be moved one column to the left.
