Orca skips reading the next focus after dropdowns
If you visit https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-practices-1.1/examples/listbox/listbox-collapsible.html and tab past the example you can hear the listbox then the link afterwards. If you collapse the listbox and enter focus mode, tabbing out will not read the link afterwards.
Tested on firefox 89.0.1-1, orca 40.0-1, at-spi2-atk 2.38.0-1, at-spi2-core 2.40.2-1, chromium 91.0.4472.114-1
