openqa: Add tests for apps

Following gnome-build-meta!1312 (merged) we should add a similar test for every core GNOME app.

We should also improve tests such that they automatically detect that the app started correctly, by adding Needles for these. These should match only against a part of the window that won't change much such as the header bar, so that the tests don't break every time the app design is tweaked.
