This fixes a problem for folks using Kubuntu or upgrading from 1.2.6 to 1.3.0... 


This fixes a problem for folks using Kubuntu or upgrading from 1.2.6 to 1.3.0 by not making the 'connection-type' property required. Also, treat the default when missing to 'password'. This preserves the upgrade case, and the case when nm-sstp-service is configured using KDE Plasma component.
