File operation progress button & completion notification don't appear when operation completes quickly
When a file operation completes very quickly, the progress button that usually appears (the pie) does not appear, and the in-window notification that the operation has completed doesn't appear either.
This can be annoying when copying/moving small files/folders by right-clicking them and choosing "Copy To..." or "Move To..." because when the copy/move is done, there isn't any in-window notification (in-window or otherwise) for confirming that the copy/move was actually successful, or (more importantly) for quickly navigating to the destination of the copy/move. Since an in-window notification does appear when doing the exact same kind of copy/move for larger files, it feels inconsistent that it doesn't happen for small files.
I suspect that this is intentional, lest Nautilus shows too many notifications for quick operations that obviously succeed (like dragging & dropping small files between folders). Perhaps a middle ground would be for drag-and-drop operations to keep the current behaviour (to only show the progress button & in-window completion notification for long operations) since the locations of the operations will be visible anyways, while any operations started without a drag-and-drop (like Copy/Move To) always show progress & in-window notifications.
