toolbar: Give the sidebar button a nice transition

This gives the sidebar button some grow then fade-in and shrink then fade-out animations instead of just showing and hiding it.

This somehow also fixes the following warning and the matching flicker: Trying to snapshot NautilusToolbar 0x5587384c8220 without a current allocation
