WIP: Port Properties basic page to GtkBuilder

APOORV SACHAN requested to merge apoos-maximus/nautilus:props into master

as of now the basic page is being built using definitions from basicPage.xml by making changes to create_basic_page() function.
The porting of code for permissions is still underway
