Draft: location-entry: Replace deprecated and inaccessible GtkEntryCompletion

This replaces the now deprecated and inaccessible GtkEntryCompletion object with custom widgetry.

There is some work to make it on par with the previous entry completion mechanism, as there are some things I want to refactor a bit, so don't take it as something I consider mergeable, but feedback is nonetheless welcome.

This is part of the effort to port away from GtkTreeView.
