Maybe don't show "stable" in About dialog

I'm using Files "3.31.90-stable", according to the about dialog.

Of course 3.31.90 is not a stable release. But also, other GNOME apps don't show the build profile here. Maybe you could use strstr to check if it's "stable" and omit the suffix if so, to ensure only the version number appears except in development builds?
