audio/video tab in file properties window shows wrong frame rate for video files

Hi

Several of my video files (mainly avi and mp4 formats) have 29.97 framerate but audio/video tab in file properties window incorrectly indicates 30 fps.

nautilus 3.28.1-784b3eaa on Arch Linux.

to reproduce:

right click some video file with 29.97 framerate

select "properties", click "audio/video" tab

observe the video framerate

open the same video file with some video player (tested VLC and SMPlayer) or some video editor (tested pitivi, kdenlive and avidemux) and observe that the frame rate is different (and correct) now.
