Parent Folder of multi-file Properties with no common parent doesn't make sense

Steps to reproduce

Use expandable folders
Select 2+ files without common parents
Open properties

Expected Behavior

No parent folder row (I think that's the most reasonable fix)

Actual Behavior

Click the parent folder button takes you to the parent of the first item in the list

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
